If you're visiting Pāhoa, be sure to drop by the Tin Shack Bakery, specializing in a fantastic selection of baked goods, breakfast items, gluten-free desserts, locally grown coffee, and more! The Bakery got its start years ago at the S.P.A.C.E. Farmers' market in Seaview and opened a storefront in Pāhoa back in 2013. "Tin Shack" refers to the small, rustic Puna home where the owners—Matt and his wife Noelle—once lived and where they started their business and family.

Enjoy their delicious sourdough breads, scones, muffins, rolls, quiches, cookies, croissants, and bagels not to mention their fresh food and drink menu featuring sandwiches, soups, salads, pancakes, eggs benedict, açai bowls, lattes and more! You'll find plenty vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options as well.

The Bakery is usually open Monday through Saturday from 8am until 2pm (closed on Sundays); however, we recommend calling ahead or checking out their Instagram feed for more information before you go!
