Mr. Ed's Bakery is located in the small, friendly town of Honomū on the Hāmākua Coast. You can’t miss us on your way to Akaka Falls. We specialize in jams and jellies, but you won’t be disappointed with our various delicious cookies and pastries! We were even featured in Hana Hou Magazine and Living 808 with Trini Kaopuiki. Mr. Ed's Bakery proudly makes OVER 170 FLAVORS of jams and butters—including Lilikoi (Passionfruit), Guava, Mango, Pineapple, Jabuticaba, Haupia, Purple Okinawan Sweet Potato, Rambutan, Lychee, Sapote, Kumquat, and local ingredients like Poha and ʻOhelo Berry—found only in Hawaiʻi—just to name a few!
