Miranda’s Farms Coffee

✝ Award Winning Kaʻū Coffee

From farming in El Salvador, across the Central America Coffee Belt, Jose and Berta along with their four children Maria, Ana, Carlos and Gabriel started Miranda's Farms on the Big Island of Hawaii in 2006, they obtained their first coffee plantation of ten acres in the region of Pahala, Moaula Cloud Rest. As they gradually increased in business, they expanded to another 20 acres. Miranda's Farms bases their foundation of the business on faith, humility and most importantly God, which is the heart of the business.

Award-Winning Kaʻū Coffee

Miranda's Farms began competing in 2013 where they placed top ten in two divisions, In 2014 Miranda's Farms proceeded to compete in the 6th annual Statewide Coffee Cupping Competition and once again placed in the top ten but in Creative Division. Two years went by and Miranda's remained in the top ten until 2017, at the 9th Annual Hawaii Coffee Association where they received recognition and awarded 1st place in the District of Kaʻū and Statewide for Commercial Division. Presently Miranda's Farms competed in the 11th Annual HCA Cupping and placed 1st in the Kaʻū District and 5th statewide for their Yellow Caturra Coffee.
