At Big Island Merch, we believe in "voting with our dollars."

In 2017 we purchased used equipment from a commercial print shop in Hilo and began producing custom-branded apparel from our home in Waimea. —Special thanks to Ola Brew for becoming our first client and trusting us to make their hats and shirts!

Thanks to “Coconut Wireless” and our Big Island ʻOhana, Big Island Merch has grown and we’ve added three industrial embroidery machines and several pieces of specialized equipment that enable us to embroider and print professional-quality designs on a wide variety of materials.
